Last Wednesday, the DOJ introduced Victims of Chemical or Surgical Mutilation Act (VCSMA) to safeguard children from chemical and surgical interventions, giving families the right to take legal action.

Alabama lawmakers pre-filed House Bill 23, aiming to keep discussions of gender identity and sexual orientation out of K–12 classrooms, ban pronoun misuse by teachers, and remove LGBTQ+ symbols from schools.
