North Dakota Judge Rules to Keep Protections in Place
On Monday, a district judge ruled against blocking a North Dakota ban on transgender interventions on minors by denying a temporary restraining order. A hearing is set for January for a preliminary injunction to block enforcement of the law as the case proceeds.
