Allies and friends,
Following the release of the HHS report, many began to recognize its significance in shaping future regulations in gender medicine. Dr. Colin Wright from the Manhattan Institute offers a compelling summary of the report, calling it “a landmark document” for its in-depth reassessment of the science, ethics, and clinical practices in youth gender care. He explains various critiques and misconceptions the report has faced since its release.
In the U.K., the NHS has updated its guidelines to allow toddlers who “identify as transgender” to be referred to gender identity clinics. The previously proposed minimum age of seven was dropped, prompting concern from critics who say the NHS caved to activist pressure, despite claims that the move aligns with the Cass Report.
Meanwhile, a Montana court has struck down Senate Bill 99, which banned harmful and mutilating procedures for minors. The court ruled the law unconstitutional and in violation of personal freedom, after being sued by several families and healthcare providers.
Sincerely,

“A Landmark Document” – Colin Wright’s Review of the HHS Report
Dr. Colin Wright offers a detailed summary of the HHS report, describing it as “a landmark document.” He writes, “The HHS report breaks this trend, providing a comprehensive and sober reevaluation of the science, ethics, and clinical practices in pediatric gender medicine.”
Wright highlights several compelling aspects of the report, including its analysis of gender-related terminology, the ideological drift of WPATH, and the ethical concerns. He also disputes a number of criticisms the report has received since its release.
NHS Caves Under Pressure
The NHS has revised its guidelines to allow toddlers who “identify as transgender” to be referred to gender identity clinics for treatment. This change follows the removal of an earlier proposed minimum age of seven.
The updated policy has sparked serious concerns. While those who run these gender clinics claim to follow the recommendations of the Cass Report, some sources allege that the NHS “caved under pressure” from trans activists in removing the age requirement.
Transgender Youth in Montana Regained Access to ‘Gender-Affirming Care’
A Montana district court has struck down Senate Bill 99, a 2023 law that banned ‘gender-affirming medical care’ for minors with gender dysphoria, ruling it unconstitutional after being sued by several families and health care providers.
The court determined that the law violated the Montana Constitution’s rights to privacy, equal protection, and free speech.

“Alabama refused to be bullied. Now the rest of the country is seeing the truth. We are proud to lead that effort,” stated Attorney General Steve Marshall in his press release.
