Idaho Attorney General Asks Supreme Court to Intervene in Lower Court Block of Protective Law

In April, Idaho passed a law protecting minors from transgender interventions. That law was blocked by the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho. Now, the Attorney General is asking the Supreme Court to narrow that order to cover only those challenging the law.
