Allies and friends,
There is much to celebrate in the overturn against transgender ideology policies. While the other side is on the defensive, they are far from giving up—they will continue to file lawsuits and plot new ways to avoid bans on child gender transitions.
Yesterday, the Kansas Legislature overrode Governor Laura Kelly’s veto of the Help Not Harm bill. This law holds healthcare professionals accountable by allowing child victims to sue providers for damages and was passed with decisive votes of 85-34 in the House and 31-9 in the Senate. However, last Thursday, federal Judge Hurson, along with others, put a hold on President Trump’s order that seeks to protect minors from harmful surgeries.
In response to this fierce battle, Nathanael Blake urges us to stand firm in the truth despite opposition. He reminds us that the goal of gender ideology is to erase biological reality, distort language, and undermine clear thinking—ultimately leading to destructive consequences for everyone.
As Democratic states continue to push for unrestricted acceptance of transgender ideology, we must remain committed to raising awareness about its dangers. The fight is far from over, and now more than ever, we must stand for truth and protect the next generation.

Federal Judge Against Trump’s Order
Last Thursday, U.S. District Judge Brendan Hurson granted a temporary restraining order against Trump’s order to cut federal funding for doctors who provide transgender surgeries to minors, calling the order “horribly dangerous,” despite clear evidence suggesting otherwise.
The Fight is Not Over
Nathanael Blake reminds us that the goal of gender ideology is to demand the destruction of clear language and thought. This is why transgender identities must not be given recognition or legitimacy in law and culture.
‘Thus, we must not weary of the battle before it is won,’ he calls on us to continue standing up for truth in this fight.
