U.S. Senator Introduces Bill to Define Sex as Biological
Senator Roger Marshall of Kansas introduced legislation to codify a biological definition of male and female that would protect girls’ sports, scholarships, and spaces. “We must codify the legal definition of sex to be based on science rather than feelings,” said Marshall in a news release.

Today, SCOTUS is hearing oral arguments in a case challenging a Tennessee law protecting minors from transgender interventions. ACPeds submitted an amicus brief in support of protecting children from puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and transgender surgeries.
