Allies and friends,
This week brought major wins for truth, free speech, and child protection on both sides of the Atlantic.
The UK Supreme Court affirmed the biological definitions of “woman” and “sex”—a major victory for women across England, ensuring the protection of their rights and safety in single-sex spaces.
In the U.S., the University of Louisville agreed to pay nearly $1.6 million to settle a lawsuit with former professor Dr. Allan Josephson, who was demoted and fired after speaking out about the dangers of medically “transitioning” children. Similarly, the HHS Office for Civil Rights has launched an investigation into a major pediatric hospital accused of wrongfully terminating a nurse for exercising her federally protected rights of conscience.
In support of medical professionals who raise ethical concerns, HHS has also launched a new online whistleblower portal to report the use of chemical and surgical interventions on minors.
Momentum is building for those standing up for reality and working to safeguard children.
Sincerely,
The Biological Integrity Team

UK Supreme Court Ruling on Legal Definition of ‘Woman’
On April 16, the UK Supreme Court ruled that the term “woman” in the Equality Act refers exclusively to biological females. This legal definition brings “clarity and confidence” to women across the country, assuring them that their safety is protected.
Many English women, including the transgender-critical campaign For Women Scotland, backed by J.K. Rowling, celebrated the ruling outside the Supreme Court in London.
Fired for Speaking the Truth?
The Univ. of Louisville has agreed to pay nearly $1.6 million to settle a lawsuit with former professor Dr. Allan Josephson, a respected psychiatrist who was demoted, harassed, and ultimately fired after speaking out against the harms of “transitioning” children during a 2017 panel at The Heritage Foundation.
HHS Takes Action to Protect Whistleblowers
On April 14, the HHS has launched a new online portal where whistleblowers can ‘submit a tip or complaint regarding the chemical and surgical mutilation of children.’
Additionally, The HHS Office for Civil Rights (OCR) has also launched an investigation into a major pediatric teaching hospital following allegations that it fired a nurse for exercising her federally protected conscience rights.
